Kevin Mahaffy Jr. is a child of God, follower of Jesus, husband to Adriana, father to his two daughters, veteran youth pastor, author, speaker, novice painter, Yankees fan, readaholic, Starbucks junkie, and blogger. He also exercises a lot. But he eats a lot too, so you can't tell he exercises a lot.
Today I ran in the Smithtown 5k Running of the Bull. I came in 100th place with a time of 24:31. I was 7th in my age group. My average mile was 7:54. Not bad for an old man!
