He also exercises a lot. But he eats a lot too, so you can't tell he exercises a lot.

Mexico Loft House Build Album
On Sunday we returned safely from a missions trip to build homes for families in Ensenada, Baja, Mexico. We took about 85 people from Southwest Community Church and built 5 homes on Saturday. Click here to see all of the pics from our team's build.
